Aim: This webinar will provide you with guidance on developing, implementing and managing flexible working arrangements in your nursery setting in line with best practice, and an understanding of the benefits and challenges that flexible working can bring.

Rationale: DfE research finds that implementing flexible working can help to retain experienced staff, promote wellbeing, support work-life balance, and enable settings to recruit from a wider and more diverse pool of practitioners. However, flexible working arrangements means there must be effective communication and collaboration amongst nursery staff, to ensure that continuity of care is provided for children.
