Aim: This webinar will help to introduce a new mindset to environments, examining how room audits can benefit children’s development and how enabling environments can promote teaching and learning. It will also make innovative, helpful recommendations about curated spaces for children.

Why this webinar’s important: To boost children’s development as much as possible, the physical environment must reflect the learning that practitioners would like to take place. Excessive noise, resources and equipment in a room, for example, could interfere with the learning process. It is beneficial, then, for practitioners to consider new ideas and a fresh mindset around how their setting is organised – and possibly to collaborate with parents on extending this into the home.
