Samantha Rosser
Samantha is a respected EYFS teacher, trainer and consultant with over 25 years of experience. She has consistently built on her knowledge and experience by taking on different roles and training such as EYPS, accredited moderator, early years Ofsted inspector and trainer.
She has worked as an early years consultant for several local authorities, developing and delivering innovative projects. She currently carries out work as an expert for the DfE’s early years COVID-19 recovery project, as well as leading an EYFS team in a primary school.
Her experience of differing pedagogical approaches underpins all her work through her extensive knowledge of child development. As well as supporting schools and settings to develop their environment, curriculum, and daily routines, Sam also supports leaders and practitioners to understand and articulate the unique vision for their setting.
