Emma is a Policy Adviser and Teacher of the Deaf at the National Deaf Children’s Society, a charity which gives expert support on childhood deafness, raises awareness and campaigns for deaf children’s rights, so that they have the same opportunities as everyone else.
Emma has worked as a teacher, SENCO and teacher of the deaf for more than 20 years.
