As Founder of PedTech and Director of One Life Learning, Fiona provides strategic education consultancy support to schools and trusts, professional learning providers and EdTech companies. She is also an Associate Lecturer and Consultant Researcher at The Open University, a Founding Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and sits on the board of a number of multi academy and charitable trusts. Fiona is also a regular contributor to books, panels, and papers about Education, Pedagogy and Education Technology, has been awarded Fellowships by RSA, CCT and HEA, and received the TPEA Research & Development Award in 2021.

The next step is to consider how this technology is being used and how it can make difference, more specifically, the way in which technology is thought about – focusing on supporting learners and first, or taking a more pedagogically-led approach to digital technologies (PedTech).
