At National Online Safety, we provide multi-award-winning online safety education for the whole school community. It’s our mission to make the internet a safer place for children. We believe that when children go online to learn, communicate or play, they should be able to do so safely. That’s why we provide schools all over the world with the knowledge they need in order to tackle new and evolving online risks.
Terms and Conditions
How often do you thoroughly read the terms and conditions before signing up on a new app or site? Probably not often... if ever. So what's actually in the small print, and what does it mean for our data - and our privacy? Our explainer video will give you a quick insight into the types of agreements we all regularly enter into online.

What are terms and conditions?
Whenever you sign up to a new online account or software service, you will typically have to agree to some terms and conditions before you are allowed to complete the account.
These ‘Ts&Cs’ are a catalogue of rules, requirements, provisions and standards that create a contract between you and the service provider.
You must abide by all clauses in this contract to use the application or make an online purchase for example.
Many users don’t take the time to read the Ts&Cs and yet this establishes their legal relationship with companies and how they use their data.
