All teachers must understand the minimum level of practice, standards and conduct as defined by the Teachers’ Standards. They should use the standards to support their own professional development, continuous improvement and career development, whilst also recognising their importance as part of reflection practice and ensuring readiness for Ofsted inspections.
In this webinar, Sara Trickey, ECT mentor and former induction lead with over twenty years’ experience as a teacher, headteacher and principal, will offer practical insight into Teachers’ Standards, and how they can be used to support reflective practice and continued professional growth.
