Aim: This webinar will provide you with a summary of what the key findings of the 2023 Teacher Wellbeing Index mean for schools, exploring potential reasons for and repercussions of these conclusions, and offering practical strategies to make an impact in your school.

Why this webinar’s important: Released on 15th November 2023, this year’s Teacher Wellbeing Index illustrates how teaching and working in a school has impacted the wellbeing and mental health of staff throughout an often challenging and demanding 2023. One of the headline findings from this year’s edition was that 78% of staff reported being stressed, which is a 3% increase on 2022, and it’s essential that schools are recognising and responding to this trend.
