Burnout in the early years is a common problem. In research conducted by the Social Mobility Commission, high work demands were found to contribute to turnover among early years practitioners and, whilst responses suggested many factors impacted practitioner’s wellbeing, evidence suggested that more could be done to improve general happiness.

In this webinar, Anna Bateman, subject matter expert on mental health & wellbeing, who has worked in an advisory role for the DfE, offers practical guidance on how staff can recharge during periods of free time, overcome challenging situations and boost their mental health.
