Rationale: Released at the end of November, this year’s Teacher Wellbeing Index illustrates how teaching and working in a school or college has impacted the wellbeing and mental health of staff throughout an often challenging and demanding 2022. One of the headline findings from this year’s edition was that 78% of staff reported experiencing symptoms of a mental health issue, which stemmed from their work.
