Building the Confidence and Skills to Become a Successful Middle Leader

I am an agile HR professional with interests in a variety of fields. I have enjoyed a diverse career so far which has enabled me to develop an extensive skills base and a ‘life-long learning’ attitude to life and work. 

I have previously run 2 businesses simultaneously and am now pouring my energies into developing HR provision and excellence in Education as Director of HR & Compliance and part of the Executive Leadership Team at an independent school in Surrey. In addition to this I also am a volunteer Mentor for aspiring HR professionals and a Governor for a local primary school. 

I love being part of a school community with people at its heart, acknowledging that people are its strength and its power. I feel privileged to be in a position to be able to contribute to the design, shape and develop a working and learning environment to benefit staff, pupils and all school stakeholders.
