This webinar will provide you with an expert overview and insight into research findings on the perceived financial and non-financial costs and benefits associated with implementing flexible working in schools compared to traditional working patterns.

For: Leaders, teachers and practitioners
Aim: This webinar will provide you with an expert overview and insight into research findings on the perceived financial and non-financial costs and benefits associated with implementing flexible working in schools compared to traditional working patterns.
Rationale: On 26 January 2023, the DfE published research based on 40 in-depth interviews that were undertaken with school leaders, all of whom worked in schools where flexible working was used in some form. The study is on the back of the DfE’s commitment to support greater flexible working and to establish a culture that values flexible working at all career stages.
