Aim: This webinar will provide you with an expert overview of the challenges faced by children with vision impairment in secondary settings. It will explore how, with the right knowledge and application, staff can make their classrooms into accessible spaces that elevate the attainment and outcomes of these students.

Why this webinar’s important: More than 31,000 children and young people in England have vision impairment. With an attainment gap of 21% between these children and their KS4 peers without SEND, it’s vital that staff not only better understand the requirements of – and challenges faced by – vision-impaired students, but are also familiar with technologies and strategies that can be employed to support their learning and close this gap.
