On 16 May 2022, Ofsted reported that the most significant obstacle to teaching physical computing was a lack of subject knowledge. Equipping children with information and skills earlier on in their education can lead to successful pupil outcomes such as concepts of computing, programming, and robotics.
In this webinar, Simon Howe, head of ICT and computing, NCCE champion and CAS coach and hub lead, will explore how to develop a strategy that embeds physical computing into the curriculum, implements this effectively in the classroom and overcomes common challenges related to pupil engagement.
