On 1 September 2022 the Ofsted ‘Inspecting safeguarding in early years, education and skills’ guidance was updated to reflect the 2022 changes to Keeping children safe in education. This includes updates to reflect DfE advice on how to prevent and respond to reports of sexual violence and harassment between children, limiting exposure to risks through IT systems, and how inspectors will report on safeguarding concerns.

This webinar will provide an expert overview of the updated guidance with a focus on understanding inspectors’ responsibilities, what the signs of successful safeguarding arrangements are and the evidence Ofsted will look for during inspections.
