This webinar will provide headteachers, senior leaders, Ofsted leads and governors with an up to date understanding and awareness of what multi-academy trusts (MATs) should expect and what they need to do as part of a full Ofsted inspection during the 2021-22 academic year.

On 14 September 2021, Ofsted updated their ‘Multi-academy trusts: summary evaluations’ guidance to align with the education inspection framework. This includes the introduction of 4 new sections that outline what inspectors may consider around delegation and governance structures, curriculum and quality of education, leadership and management of and across the MAT, and, pupil behaviour and attitudes.

In this webinar Adrian Gray, former inspector, Ofsted evaluator and academy trust consultant with extensive leadership experience, will provide an expert review of the guidance for MATs with a view towards providing practical advice and support to help remind senior leaders what to expect during the inspection process, how they can prepare and what plans they may want to have in place beforehand.
