Jayne Robinson is a highly experienced school leader and has worked in primary education for over 25 years. Her roles have included teaching, SLT, English lead, NQT mentor, SENCo and EYFS lead. She has also enjoyed working as a guest lecturer at the UEA and coaching/mentoring more experienced teachers. Jayne is currently a teacher and school leader in Norfolk, and is passionate about supporting ITT trainees as a SCITT tutor.

The ECF Reforms represent a step change in support for early career teachers, introducing a funded entitlement to a two-year package of high-quality professional development as the foundation for a successful and fulfilling teaching career. The reforms are part of the government’s Teacher recruitment and retention strategy, which aims to improve teacher training and development opportunities.
