This webinar will provide headteachers and school leaders with information and guidance to help them prepare for the national roll-out of the Early Career Framework (ECF) Reforms and planned changes to the statutory induction arrangements in September 2021.

The ECF Reforms represent a step change in support for early career teachers, introducing a funded entitlement to a two-year package of high-quality professional development as the foundation for a successful and fulfilling teaching career. The reforms are part of the government’s Teacher recruitment and retention strategy, which aims to improve teacher training and development opportunities.

In this webinar, Jayne Robinson, school leader and SCITT tutor whose 25 years’ experience includes roles as NQT mentor and EYFS lead, provides an insight into the ECF Reforms, how they will affect schools, and what schools can do now in preparation for their national roll-out and proposed statutory induction arrangements in early autumn.
