Aim: This webinar will provide you with expert insight into the updated version of Ofsted’s inspection handbook. It will explore how your setting could be impacted, offer practical tips on how to meet Ofsted’s expectations, and outline what actions you need to take next.

Why this webinar’s important: On 5 April, Ofsted announced revisions to its inspection handbook. Various sections throughout the handbook have been updated, including
• particular clarifications related to equalities duties and reasonable adjustments;
• Ofsted’s policy on deferring or pausing inspections and gathering additional evidence, in line with updated guidance on those areas
• updated arrangements for quality assurance of inspections and publishing inspection reports
• and how to submit a complaint about an inspection, a regulatory event or any incident involving Ofsted, in line with new guidance.

The updated handbook comes into force immediately, so it’s essential that settings fully understand these changes to ensure that they know what to expect from their next Ofsted inspection.
