This webinar will provide headteachers, senior leaders and governors of independent secondary and senior schools with an understanding of what they need to know and do in preparation for and during an ISI inspection in the 2021-22 academic year.

The ISI is responsible for two types of routine inspection: regulatory compliance only, and inspection of educational quality with focused compliance. The ISI Inspection Framework places an emphasis on inspection ‘for the benefit of the pupils of the school’, so schools should be confident that they can evidence that their vision, ethos, and provision are all firmly student focused.

In this webinar, Stephen Burnage, expert practitioner, consultant and trainer with 25+ years' experience teaching and leading schools, will explain inspection principles and practice so that independent secondary and senior schools are fully prepared in the event of an ISI inspection.
