For: Leaders, teachers, governors and trustees

Aim: This webinar will provide you with practical guidance and advice on how you can develop and deliver age-appropriate, career-related learning (CRL) to help pupils dispel common biases, raise their aspirations and support their transition into secondary school.

Rationale: On 5 January 2023, the DfE announced that primary school pupils are to benefit from a new careers programme, opening up their eyes to the world of future job possibilities and challenging stereotypes. The announcement came together with a new legal requirement from 1 January 2023 to ensure pupils have greater access to providers of technical education and apprenticeships once they move into secondary school.
