On 31 August 2022, the DfE published its statutory guidance ‘Careers guidance and access for education and training providers’, to reflect the changes to legislation that came into force on 1 September 2022, with reference to educational settings’ provider access duty (also known as the ‘Baker Clause’), and independent career guidance.

In this webinar, John Rees, RSHE subject matter expert with over 25 years’ educational leadership experience, explains what governors, trustees, school and college leaders and career leaders need to know and do in light of the new guidance to ensure compliance and enhance careers provision.
