Rationale: On 28 March 2023, the DfE published its CEO content framework as part of its multi-academy trust leadership development programme. The framework will underpin a programme that gives current, or aspiring, trust leaders who want to be a CEO, the professional development they need to become outstanding leaders with the capacity to drive change.
