Trenance Learning Academy

Trenance Learning Academy is a four-form entry infant school set in the heart of Newquay (in fact, with a pupil population of around 350, it is the currently the largest infant school in Cornwall).

Recognising the importance of early childhood education, Trenance strives to offer consistently excellent teaching, immersive learning experiences and a safe, happy environment.

The school has worked with Voice 21 for several years and is one of that charity’s accredited Oracy Centres of Excellence. Trenance also has an attached Teaching School Hub and English Hub, which allows it to support more than 150 other schools in the teaching of early reading.
