Jolly Back aspires to improve the working life, health and comfort of early years and primary educators, paediatric therapists and those caring for children through providing practical and ergonomic seating and furniture solutions – backed up by reliable expert advice.

The company aims to prevent and reduce injuries to early years and primary school staff who are frequently required to work at low heights with very young children: sitting on small chairs, bending over low tables, kneeling on the floor, moving play equipment, transporting heavy paperwork and books, and so forth.

Founded by former paediatric physiotherapist Lorna Taylor and driven by her expert understanding of human anatomy, Jolly Back has since won several education, design and customer service awards. Based in Derbyshire, the company continues to develop new products and solutions to support employers, employees and children with their back care and health needs. Jolly Back has customers as far afield as Canada, the UAE, Latvia and Spain.
