Wendy Casson

As headteacher of a pupil referral unit and a home hospice education service in Blackpool, after initially training as a PE teacher, Wendy has worked across the UK.

She has over 18 years’ experience as a secondary school teacher. 

When in mainstream education, as well as being a PE teacher, she moved into child protection and inclusion. Here, Wendy became interested in how a young person functions in a mainstream environment, and passionate about supporting the needs of the vulnerable cohorts.
