Sophie Allen

Sophie is currently the Head of Success and Partnership Lead at Babbu. In these roles, she strives to bring Babbu to the forefront among like-minded people, businesses actively supporting their working parents, and charities such as BBC Children in Need. Her responsibilities also include creating and managing educational content, including Montessori-inspired activities for children aged 0 to 5. Additionally, Sophie develops content for parents on topics like life as a working parent, incorporating Montessori principles into everyday life, and various cultural subjects in the form of blogs. 

Before joining Babbu, Sophie worked in several Montessori schools across West London. Her journey into Montessori education began at Montessori Centre International, where she completed placements in Montessori nurseries. She later graduated with a BA Hons in Early Childhood Education in 2015 and most recently, graduated with an MSc in Psychology. 

Sophie has worked with a diverse range of children and families, allowing her to explore SENDCo roles and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists and speech and language therapists.
