Sarah Dove

Sarah Dove has worked in Pupil Referral Units and Alternative Provision for over 19 years and is the President of the PRUsAP. She is the project manager for the Department of Education’s AP innovation fund project assessing the efficacy of telepresence solutions, as well as acting as an expert advisor for secure schools.

In using this expertise to support children from a range of backgrounds, Sarah considers how technology may be used by schools and children to help with bridging the gap between time lost from prolonged absence from school and effective alternatives.

Sarah’s core area of expertise lies within understanding and supporting the behaviour of children and young people in order to reduce the prevalence of mental illness, youth crime and violence, exclusions, unemployment and lack of attainment and opportunity.

Sarah has a range of experience in delivering keynote speeches, interactive workshops and CPD training. She has also chaired a variety of panels and events within the education sector.
