Robert Allsop
Robert Allsop is an experienced pastoral practitioner, specialising in safeguarding, college tutorials, behaviour interventions, and attendance management. He has also been the recipient of the Diana Award for Anti-Bullying.
Robert has helped to raise standards and improve Ofsted performance at some of the most challenging schools and colleges in the country. Robert’s work in behaviour and successfully implementing anti-bullying in schools has been widely praised by school inspection officers, particularly in creating a culture in schools and colleges where students feel safe and breaking down barriers with parents and carers.
Robert is an experienced safeguarding practitioner who has been at the forefront of changes in educational safeguarding. His work on attendance has raised outcomes for students in every establishment he has worked in.
