Paul Ramsey

Paul is a highly experienced senior leader who enjoyed 14 years as a headteacher in a variety of schools in London and the Home Counties. Paul has also worked as a school governor and in teacher training. His experience spans over 30 years, in which he has worked in mixed, single sex, and faith schools and is a specialist in boys’ education. 

He has a wide experience of school improvement and has worked collaboratively in post-16 consortia and multi-academy trusts to deliver effective change. Having worked in all categories of Ofsted settings, from ‘outstanding’ to ‘inadequate’, Paul has a good understanding of the keys to leading school improvement and developing staff to deliver change in a variety of settings.
