As well as working within a school, he regularly speaks at conferences and writes for the TES, among other journals, on school leadership, pastoral care, and safeguarding. He is also Chair of the Independent Safeguarding Panel that advises The Safeguarding Company, the company behind MyConcern.
In all his roles he is deeply committed to working towards supporting student wellbeing and greater school inclusivity and equality.
