Leanne Galloway

Leanne is an early years specialist and has been a senior leader and head of teaching and learning at schools in Devon. Leanne has worked abroad for the prestigious Harrow group of schools. During this time, she focused on bringing about rapid improvement within the early years. 

Leanne is currently working as a school improvement partner for a large multi-academy trust. She is school based, providing general leadership support as well as focusing on the quality of practice within the foundation stage unit. In this role, she is facilitating staff to improve the pedagogical approach as well as the environment and the ethos which underpins it. 

Leanne also provides freelance consultancy to settings and companies. Leanne has provided support around many aspects of early years practice. This includes creating enabling environments, planning continuous provision, induction to early years practice, and writing a curriculum based on critical thinking.
