Kelly Sheils

Kelly has been a qualified early years practitioner for over 25 years. She has consistently built on her knowledge and experience by completing other qualifications, including a BA Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies, a Level 3 in forest schools and a Level 3 in teaching adults. Kelly has actively worked in nursery management for over 20 years and has also been a regional manager, successfully opening nine nurseries for small and large nursery chains. 

Kelly has experience of many different curriculum approaches and is passionate about everything early years! She has been training, coaching and consulting in settings for four years, and her favourite part of the role is meeting new teams and celebrating their strengths, sparking new ideas and working together to build plans to support them. Kelly is a mental health first aider and has a keen interest in mental health and wellbeing. She is also a Relax Kids coach and has written a book to support mindfulness in children.
