Kara Kiernan

Kara has 15 years’ experience working in both the UK and internationally in Bangkok and Dubai in a range of senior leadership positions, supported by an MEd in Educational Leadership. She currently plans and delivers training for a range of organisations as an educational consultant across a wide range of areas. This is notably on effective EYFS practice and child development, drawing on her vast experience working for a number of global schools’ groups. Kara is also currently designing a training academy for a supply agency, with a target market of teachers and nursery nurses and redeveloping the delivery of a Level 3 qualification for teaching assistants. 

Previously, Kara was Head of a Nursery and Junior School in Buckinghamshire and led work groups both internally and externally on Early Years and Maths. She has also worked as a Director of Early Years.
