Jenny Bond

Jenny has worked as a senior leader and maths specialist in schools for over 15 years. In her Senior Leadership capacity she focuses on how to effectively use data to drive improvement and create curriculums that reflect pupil diversity. 

As a consultant, Jenny coaches school leaders in data analysis, curriculum and leadership development. She works with teachers and school communities to understand their pupils' context and adapt school policy, curriculums, and practice to ensure that all pupils can achieve their goals. 

She also works with a number of charities such as ImpactEd and the Brilliant Club as a Research associate. In this role, she has written papers exploring the importance of curriculum sequencing, the impact of interventions and leadership development. 

Jenny has previously developed curriculum content for the new NPQs for Teach First, as well as working as an NPQ early years SENCo assessor.
