Jason Whiskerd

Jason Whiskerd is currently headteacher at Brentwood Preparatory School in Essex and contributes to the dynamic and fast-paced environment that emphasises innovative pedagogy and positive school culture. Prior to this, Jason was headteacher at Aldenham Prep School in Hertfordshire between 2007 and 2011.

Outside of his work as headteacher, John has also been a board member of IAPS, member of the ISC Finance Committee, school governor, ISI team inspector, and trustee of an educational trust. These roles have given Jason a broad and balanced perspective, and sector-wide knowledge.

Jason's further expertise includes curricular and co-curricular design, staff development, appraisal of senior leaders, remodelling of school leadership structures, school expansion planning, and school budgeting.
