James Plant

With a background in dynamic, high risk, time sensitive environments, within the Public and Emergency Services, James has consistently had to embrace ambiguity, operate within constraints, and remain adaptable.

Most recently he has worked as the lead instructor for Hazmat Teams, undergoing initial training. This training involved the identification and sampling of hazards, evidence collection, and casualty evacuation within a toxic environment.

Prior to this he worked as the Team Lead for small highly skilled teams in adverse environments, often working in confined spaces, requiring air management and keen situational awareness. Health and Safety compliance has been key to the safe-systems-of-work that has allowed his previous teams to be safe, and most importantly, effective.
