Gill Knight - Primary Teacher and Maths Leader

Gill Knight is an experienced primary school teacher, maths leader, former assistant and deputy head, SLE, MaST, NCETM Teaching for Mastery Specialist and NCETM accredited professional development lead.

Gill works directly with schools, as an SLE and through the delivery of several different NCETM mastery programmes. She provides high-quality CPD and support to improve primary maths teaching. Gill has received positive evaluations for her work. Feedback has shown that people value her enthusiasm, passion and deep subject knowledge, consistently rating the CPD that she leads as excellent.

In the past year Gill has spoken at #MathsConf26 on influencing the teaching of colleagues and #MathsConf29, the ATM annual conference and the TuringNW Maths Hub LLME conference on the product-based approach to multiplication.
