Catherine is a Professional Support Lawyer within Forbes Solicitors’ Employment Law Team, specialising in legislative updates, case law developments, and technical legal guidance. She supports clients across multiple sectors by delivering training and knowledge-sharing sessions, keeping them informed of their legal obligations in employment law. Catherine also focuses on education-specific projects, offering legislative updates, creating training materials, and advising on policy development for clients in the education sector. 

Qualified since 2008, Catherine has extensive experience in employment law. She previously represented claimants at a national law firm, appearing frequently at employment tribunals. Later, she moved in-house, where she advised SMEs on employment disputes and strategic issues to foster positive workplace cultures.
