Caroline Peacock

Caroline Peacock is an incumbent play therapist and CYP psychotherapist within an independent school. She has worked as an SMHL and a group mental health representative and advisor for sixteen schools nationally and internationally. Caroline has just completed her Masters degree in Leadership in Schools’ Mental Health and Wellbeing, specialising in how educational settings can create psychologically safe environments to improve and sustain staff’s mental health. 

Caroline holds professional qualifications that include accredited play therapy and a Life Story practitioner. She has the scope and depth of experience working with trauma including psycho-educating staff and practitioners in trauma response practice. 

Caroline has worked in mainstream education, universities, the independent sector, boarding schools, residential homes, and a hospice with children and young people from primary through to further education. She always endeavours to facilitate a warm and compassionate creative environment, and has experience in both online and face-to-face meetings with children, young people, and their families.
