I have 20 years experience in Catering, 14 years spent as a Catering Manager of a large Academy Trust where my responsibilities included Menu Development, Nutritional Standards and ensuring Food Safety and Hygiene Standards were maintained. 

Since 2014 I have been a Food Safety, Hygiene and Allergen Trainer, successfully training hundreds of candidates. 

My passion is food safety and raising the standards of Catering Staff and premises to ensure all food produced and served is safe.
