Ashleigh Simpson
Ashleigh Simpson has vast experience working with children and families in the education sector, and has also worked for the National Health Service. Ashleigh’s undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Studies and masters in Global Public Health Nutrition has enabled her to engage with a wide range of communities.
Currently, Ashleigh supports early years settings with school food standards, provides training for staff, leads projects on health education in schools, sits on the panel for the Healthy Schools Award, and supports schools to create a positive lunchtime environment.
Ashleigh also provides consultancy work, including working with brands on nutrition information to inform product development, nutrition communication, health writing, and collaborating across various teams. She also champions culture and diversity in the nutrition space, where she believes everyone should have evidence-based information that can meet their needs.
