Antonia Coy

An experienced education leader with more than 20 years of dedicated service at a primary school in Lincolnshire, Antonia strives to foster community engagement and raise aspirations in a geographical area which has been significantly affected by rural deprivation. Having been in post as headteacher for six years, she has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards of working with disadvantaged pupils, aiming to create equal opportunities for all. 

Antonia has earned recognition for her work with international schools to deliver an inspiring programme of activities for pupils’ personal development – for instance, sharing online lessons with children in Guadeloupe to discuss environmental issues. She now offers mentoring and support to headteachers who are new to the profession, equipping them with the skills and confidence to navigate the often complex landscape of educational leadership.
