Anoushka Dunic
Anoushka Dunic is the Training Programmes Manager at the Ben Kinsella Trust, a leading UK charity dedicated to preventing knife crime. In this role, she has developed and delivered impactful training programmes that have reached over 5,000 adults in the past three years, equipping participants with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to address knife crime at its root and support those at risk of violence.
With over 20 years of frontline experience as a Uniformed Police Officer, Detective, and Gangs Engagement Officer, Anoushka brings a wealth of practical insight to her work. Since 2018, she has specialised in designing and facilitating training for educators, youth professionals, and safeguarding leads. Her sessions cover a broad spectrum of critical issues, including mental health, trauma, youth violence, gang involvement, knife crime, exploitation, and well-being.
Anoushka’s approach is grounded in both lived experience and academic understanding, offering a unique and credible perspective on the complex challenges facing young people today. As a parent and passionate advocate for youth safety and empowerment, she is committed to supporting schools and educational institutions by providing the tools and knowledge needed to help young people lead safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives.
