Andrew Hampton

Andrew Hampton is the CEO at Girls on Board, an approach adopted by schools to empower girls to navigate the choppy waters of friendships for themselves. Over 1,000 schools across the world are currently using this approach and Andrew works to develop and expand this initiative.

Andrew has 18 years’ experience as a headteacher but has now stepped away from that role. Since that time, Andrew became an author. ‘Working with Boys: Creating Cultures of Mutual Respect in Schools’ looks at the ways schools can support boys to adopt versions of masculinity that are gentle and compassionate, making them and all members of the school community happier and more fulfilled.
