Alex Borrill
Alex Borill is an Assistant Headteacher who has worked across a range of primary and secondary schools, church and community based. She is a strong advocate of child engaged assessment and is a curriculum designer and leader, working with a hub of schools on Learning without Limits principles.
Alex leads national training and consultancy in maths for primary and secondary schools. She has led whole school CPD focussing on fluency, reasoning and problem solving, leading on the development of the mastery curriculum in maths, empowering learners and improving teacher confidence.
Alex interest’s include neuroscience, pedagogy and research-based teaching. She is an advocate of Expeditionary Learning (EL) education principles and is a member of the STEAM Leadership Academy. He is currently completing The National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).
