Certificate in Teaching Climate Education and Sustainability in the Wider Curriculum for Independent Preparatory Schools

Department for Education’s Sustainability and climate change strategy aims to ‘provide opportunities to develop a broad knowledge and understanding of the importance of nature, sustainability and the causes and impact of climate change and to translate this knowledge into positive action and solutions’. It is therefore imperative that those in education understand how to incorporate climate education and sustainability within their wider curriculum. 

Developed by Georgia Prasad, an environmental education specialist and Education Manager at Green Schools Project, this online training course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to teach climate education and sustainability within the wider primary curriculum.
