This stress awareness training course provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to ensure you have the right tools in place to recognise the symptoms of stress, develop a level of self-awareness and build your own stress management techniques.

In order to remain healthy, happy and productive, it is vitally important you learn to recognise the signs of stress and support your own mental wellbeing. This is particularly important given the current circumstances and the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Delivered by Anna Bateman, a mental health and wellbeing expert, this stress awareness training course for schools will provide you with the knowledge and awareness to recognise the symptoms of stress, develop a level of self-awareness and build your own stress management.

To successfully understand and achieve the objectives of the course, learners are expected to engage in all aspects of the learning process to ensure they can successfully apply the knowledge and skills they have gained in their own setting.
