It is vital that the executive leader and staff have an effective board of trustees that can help support them by making strategic decisions that benefit the setting, the students, and the local community.
Developed by Leonie Huie, education and governance advisor, this Essential CPD course will provide you with the knowledge and skills to gain a comprehensive understanding of the role of the trustee and appreciate the work they do to support the executive leader, teachers, and pupils of MATs.
