Correctly using PPE in your setting, understanding the regulations around PPE, and knowing how to store and dispose of PPE safely is of the utmost importance within an education setting. PPE is used by both staff and students within a variety of scenarios in and around school or college, including workshops, laboratories, and outdoor pursuits. Therefore, it is essential to understand what PPE is required and the purpose of using it to keep both employees and students as safe as possible.

Developed by Keith Rhodes, science education expert, this training course on the use of PPE will provide you with the knowledge and skills to correctly use, select, and maintain PPE in school and college settings.
